I can no longer attend the conference in-person, what should I do?
Email the GSE Team at gse@go-science.gov.uk, please provide as much notice as possible so we can re-allocate your ticket to someone else. If you are unable to attend the conference on the day, please still contact us.
My live stream isn’t working, what should I do?
We have dedicated members of staff supporting the online experience. You will be informed of any site-wide disruptions to the streaming service. If you have an individual issue, please try the following:
Make sure you are viewing on the latest version of Google Chrome.
A simple page refresh will fix most issues.
If the problem persists, please contact the team gse@go-science.gov.uk.
